Amortismana Tabi İktisadi Kıymetlerde KDV İadesi Nasıl Yapılır?
Öncelikli olarak şu soruyu sormamız lazım KDV. iadesini almaya çalıştığımız konu gerçekten İadeye tabi iş için kullanılmış mı?Amortismana tabi iktisadi kıymet eğer işletmenin ihracat işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek için kullanıldıysa iade konusu yapılabilir.
Bu konuyla ilgili bir iki özellikli durumdan bahsetmek gerekirse ;
ATİK’ler firma bünyesinde yapılıyorsa ; Örneğin hem vinç üretip satıyorsunuz hemde bu vincin kurulumu için firma bünyesinde de imal ettiği vinçleri kullanıyor. Bu durumda imal edilen araç ihracata konu iş için fiilen kullanılmaya başlandıysa iade konusu olabilir. İmal edilen ürünün bünyesinde kullanılan girdilerin ihracat tarihinden önce alınmış ve kayıtlarınızda bu şekilde gösterilmiş olması gerekmektedir.
İkinci olarak ihraç kayıtlı satışlarda zaten KDV. ödemedik yurt dışına satışta ATİK’i nasıl alalım?
Burada yine ilk şartımız baki, bunun yanında ikinci olarak karın KDV’si durumu; ihracata konu malın imalinde o malın bünyesine giren tüm girdilerin genel KDV oranına göre hesaplanması halinde bulduğumuz tutarla, eğer yurt dışına sattığımız malı yine genel KDV oranına göre Yurt İçi Gibi Satmış olsak bulacağımız KDV tutarını çıkardığımızda kalan kısım kadar KDV’yi talep konusu yapabiliriz daha fazlasını talep edemeyiz.
Bu kısımda Genel giderler payı ve ATİK KDV toplamı yine bu tutarın üstündeyse talep edemeyiz.
